Complex products? We pride ourselves on our unique, multi-capability mix:

  • Rotational Molding: complex parts, tight tolerances, and large parts up to 181 inches. In-mold graphics, specialty-colored resins, and color-matching. We work with common and specialty resins:
    • Cross-Linked Polyethylene – used for high impact resistance and strength, like diesel fuel tanks
    • LLDPE (Linear Low-Density Polyethylene) – most popular choice for products
    • HDPE (High Density Polyethylene)
    • Nylon – used for items like hydraulic tanks
    • PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)
  • Vacuum Forming: large format molding with ABS, HDPE, HIPS, TPO, HMWPE, and Weather Pro-G up to 120”
  • Fiberglass Reinforcement: on-site resin and fiberglass layup and finishing
  • Compression Molding: Two hydraulic compression molding presses with a platen size of 60” x 30”
  • Cut & Sew: 10,000 ft2 sewing room with industrial cutter. Embellishments, embossing, and upholstery from skilled sewing techs
  • Design Engineering: full-service design engineering and prototyping with large-format 3D printer
  • Secondary: Finishing, 5-axis CNC, assembly, warehousing, and shipping.
